With more than 20 years experience in software development, many roles have challenged and impacted my career. Technical responsibilities early on, followed by entrepreneurial and business exposure, gifted me with a valuable understanding of both the human and technical aspects of modern software.
My natural curiosity and love for learning have been instrumental in growing to be a strong leader, effective communicator and problem-solver. Part of my DNA is to treat people respectfully, to innovate with a bias for action, and stay calm in high stress situations.
I love working with teams and teasing out the genius that exists within, which is often just out of our comfort zones. I rely heavily on my strengths as a facilitator and coach with high empathy.
